Where am I? Tap Burton / Swad / Off on any day to set that date β it overrides your usual pattern for that week only. Days you've marked as leave, sick or requested elsewhere show here too and can't be double-booked. Set your usual branch pattern in Settings.
Tap each day to cycle Burton β Swad β Off. This is only the default β any individual day can be overridden above.

Each month's gross is the paid hours in its period Γ your rate, so months genuinely differ with the mix of days. Annual leave and bank holidays count as paid; your flexible day off is handled on the calendar. Pay lands on the 30th, rolled back to the previous Friday on weekends (clause 9.1).

Copy the figures straight off your payslip. The hub works out the paid hours for that slip's period from your pattern and calendar, then compares line by line and explains any gap. Enter basic and holiday hours separately β the hub adds them up for you.

Flexible day off: your usual pattern (set in Settings) is just the default. Tap a normal working day to cycle working β annual leave β day off; tap a usual day off (greyed) to mark it Worked. So if one week you take Saturday off and work the Thursday instead: tap that Saturday twice (day off) and tap the Thursday once (worked) β the hours balance out automatically. Bank holidays are paid and marked automatically. For sick days and half days, use the form below β tapping an existing sick/half day reopens it for editing.
Thursday changed? Pick the date, choose Working day β even if usually off and set the branch; the hours then count toward your pay. If you swapped and took a different day instead, set that one to Day off β even if usually working. The Rota tab does the same thing with one tap. Unpaid sick days and the unpaid part of half days come off the period's paid hours, so the Wage tab and payslip check stay accurate. Under clause 11, SSP starts after three waiting days (Β£118.75/week in 2026/27, β Β£23.75 a working day) and needs self-certification up to 7 days β any company sick pay beyond that is discretionary. If a half-day's remainder is annual leave, it deducts Β½ a day from your allowance.

Green = you're already off (day off, bank holiday or booked leave). Red = you're scheduled to work that day β tap it on the calendar to book leave and it turns green. π marks them on the calendar grid too.
Amber* = requested, awaiting sign-off. Green dates are confirmed.

Staffordshire dates, which all three schools follow. "Your working days" counts your pattern days (minus bank holidays) inside each break β the days needing leave or childcare. Green-underlined calendar days are school closures.

The schools haven't published their 2026/27 INSET days yet (only the LA-fixed Tue 1 Sept 2026 is known) β add each school's days here when they announce them, and they'll appear on the calendar. Rows showing "your day off" need no leave.

For payment plans (sofa, car, catalogue etc.) set the end month and the table counts down what's left. Due days after the 30th land after pay day β anything due the 1stβ29th comes out of the previous pay packet, worth knowing when the 30th moves to a Friday.
Log each balance around pay day. Every check-in updates your pace, streak and the debt-free date β hitting Β£0 earns the trophy.

In development β the projection uses your actual average monthly reduction (or your plan with interest, until there's history). It's an estimate, not a promise: interest quirks, fees and variable spending on credit will shift it. Overdrafts charge daily, so clearing them first usually saves the most.
Each pick spends leave next to bank holidays, your Thursdays/Sundays and weekends so a little buys a long stretch. Ranked by days off per leave day. Tap "Book these" to drop the leave onto your calendar; tap again to release it. Already-off days in a run cost you nothing.
Enter today's reps per exercise β separate boxes for left and right on the single-arm moves. Leave blank what you didn't do. Two-handed moves (swing, goblet squat) have one box. Tap Save session to log it.

These must match what payroll pays, not the hours you actually stand in the shop. Payroll pays your contracted rota β weekdays 08:45β17:30 and Saturday 08:45β17:00, each less an hour's lunch, so 7.75 and 7.25. Setting them to your real 9:00 starts will make every payslip check fail. This is only your default week β any individual week can differ by tapping days on the calendar. All days have a one-hour unpaid lunch. Saturday stays at 7.25 paid hours because payroll pays the contracted rota (08:45β17:00), even though the actual start is 9:00 β change it to 7 only if payroll ever switches to actual hours.
